Deleting a Program Officer Record
To Delete a Program Officer Record, do the following steps:
Select Maintain | Program Officer from Menu
When in Program Officer Maintenance Screen
1. Show the Program Officer record that you want to delete. This is done by bringing the highlighted bar to the name of the Program Officer among the list that is reflected in the left list box.
2. Press the Delete Record
icon if you are sure that the record shown on the screen is to be deleted.
3. CommonCents shows the following message box to ensure that you really want to delete the shown record.
4. If you are sure that the shown Program Officer record is to be deleted, press the Yes button. If you are not sure, then bring broken lines to the No button either by using the Tab key then press the Enter key or by using the mouse to click on the No button.
If the Program Officer record has related records in other files or tables in the CommonCents database, CommonCents shows the following message box:
If this message box is shown, CommonCents cannot delete the program officer record. Click on the OK button to bring back the Donor screen to its original state.
If the program officer record does not have any related records in other files or tables in the CommonCents database, CommonCents deletes the record without showing any message box.
