Donor Maintenance Screen

The Donor Screen is to be used to add, edit/update, and delete records on organizations or corporations that provide funds to the institution for the microfinance and/or other type of lending activities of the institution. Store only one donor per record. If fund is either donated or lent to the institution by more than one funding agency or organization and funding is covered by one project or program, enter the names of the donors one record at a time.

The Donor Screen is one of the menu items under the Maintain Main Menu of CommonCents. At the left side of the screen is a Donor list box that shows all the donors or funding organizations that has been entered into the CommonCents database. At the right side of the screen shows the detailed information on the donor or funding agency or organization.
