The Area - Related

To  Area-Related, do the following steps:

Select Maintain | Area  | Region, Province, Municipal, and Barangay from Menu

When in Areas Screen 

Along with a copy of the installation CD of CommonCents is a copy of a database which contains the barangays, municipalities, provinces, and regions in the Philippines. CommonCents has provided a facility which allows you to store the records that you only need within your area. This can be done by using the four different screens under Areas such as:
 
  • Region Maintenance Screen
  • Province Maintenance Screen
  • Municipality Maintenance Screen
  • Barangay Maintenance Screen
     
    In each of the above area-related screen, one can add, edit, delete, or copy an area record from the CommonCents area database.

    To Define the Operation Areas of Your Institution

    You may define the region, province, municipality, and barangays in which your institution operates.
