Organization Maintenance Screen

For each installation of the CommonCents software, only one Organization record can be recorded per Company/Organization. Entry of data for this Screen shall be done right after a successful installation of CommonCents (if done for the first time). However, to ensure integrity of the data at any given time, one can later make changes to any data reflected in the Organization Screen but deletion of the Organization record shall not be allowed. A sample of the Organization Screen is shown below. Use this screen to add or edit/update Organization data. There are two types of data that may be maintained/inputted using this Screen:
  • Basic data on the Organization; and
  • Dates that would specify the Accounting Year and the Accounting Month that is to be covered in the processing of related data.
