Chart of Account File Maintenance Screen

The Chart of Account File Maintenance Screen can be used to add a new record, edit/update, and delete records that belong to the chart of accounts used in the balance sheet and income statement. Each of the record reflected in this screen has to be associated with one of the records in the Balance Sheet and Financial Statement record, in the Char Major Group Account, and in the Chart Major Account. The box at the left side of the screen shows the list of chart of accounts entered in the database. The data at the right side of the screen are the detailed data of the chart of account record highlighted at the left box.
