Approving a Client Record

To Approve a Client Record, do the following steps:
Select Maintain | Client from Menu or Press  the Client button

When in Client Maintenance Screen

1) Show the record of the client on the screen

2) Click on the "Approve this client" icon.

a) If the approved date has no data before you have clicked the "Approve this client" icon, CommonCents shall show you a message box to remind the user that there is no approved date entered.

i) You may click the OK button.

ii) Enter the date when the client was approved.

iii) Click the "Approve this client" icon again.

b) CommonCents shall then show the following message box to ensure that you really want to approve the client.

3) Click the Yes button to approve the client. CommonCents will then change the red colored Unapproved label to Approved By label and shall reflect the username of the person who made the approval.
