Back-up and Compact Maintenance Screen
To ensure that the data that you have stored and updated on a regular are not destroyed for some reasons, it is advisable to perform the backup procedures on a regular basis. CommonCents has provided a facility to help you do this process and to ensure that your database would function as efficient as possible.
This facility backs-up, compacts, and repairs the database. Upon access to the screen shown below, CommonCents automatically show the database that it uses to store the microfinance and/or accounting data. It also suggests the name of the database where the records that are compacted, repaired, and backed-up are to be stored. You may change the name of the back-up or compacted file as you desire.
