Security Rights - Menu Maintenance Screen

This screen shall be used to define the access rights of a user group for the available menus supported by CommonCents. There are two types of access rights for the menus supported and these are:

1. Visibility of the menu item to the user group, and
2. Enabling the user group to use the menu item.

All the items needed to define the access rights are given by the system. One can delete a particular menu item for a certain group of users or can change the access rights of a user group. CommonCents assigns a check mark to both types of access rights whenever a new user group is added.
