Adding an Interest Computation & Payment Voucher

To  Add an Interest Computation & Payment Voucher, do the following steps:

Creating a Voucher Two (2) ways in creating new record/voucher

The steps discussed in this section includes only the creation of one Interest Computation and Payment record in which the institution has promised to pay when the savings and/or insurance are availed. 

a. When a message box is shown click the Yes button.

b. When you clicked the Add New Record icon at the time that the Payment of Interest Computation and Payment is shown on the screen.

1. If when trying to add a new record, the default settings for the accounts involved were not set, CommonCents shows the following message box:

a. Click the OK button

b. Ask your Accountant to assist in the setting- up of the chart of accounts for this process.

2. Select the branch by clicking the combo box at the Select a Branch list box.

a. If you have prematurely clicked the Save Record icon without selecting the branch, CommonCents shall show the following message box:

Do the following steps to correct this:

iii. Click the OK button.

iv. Select a branch.

3. Change the due date if the reflected date is not the date that you want to process.

4. Click the Save Record icon.
