Change Month Maintenance Screen
Processing accounting related data requires that this should be kept within a certain period of time to enable one to properly monitor and control the flow of funds within an organization. The periodic control is set manually in CommonCents. Shown below is the Month Setup screen. Upon access to this screen, the current month being used by the system is reflected in the current month text box. When the Begin button is clicked, CommonCents closes and processes the ledger for the current month and automatically assigns the new month.
