Journal Voucher Maintenance Screen
The Journal Voucher (JV) Maintenance Screen is used to maintain a non-cash transaction. One can add, edit, delete, check, approve, and cancel a journal voucher record using this screen.
The following figure is a sample of a Journal Voucher Maintenance screen. The list box at the left side of the screen is where the JV Reference Numbers are listed. A new reference number is reflected in this list box once a JV is created and saved. The JV reference numbers shown at the list box at the left side of the screen represent the JV records which have not been posted yet.
